Job Description
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Handle customers’ inbound and outbound calls and inquiries (Arabic)
- Follow up on customers’ complaints and issues when required.
- Follow up by email and respond to inquiries.
- Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
- working 6 days off day Friday
Job Requirements
- Level of education: Graduates.
- Work experience as a Customer Service logistics or similar role.
- Good English skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in customer service positions is a plus.
- Team player.
