Job Description

  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Handle customers’ inbound and outbound calls and inquiries (Arabic)
  • Follow up on customers’ complaints and issues when required.
  • Follow up by email and respond to inquiries.
  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
  • working 6 days off day Friday  

Job Requirements

  • Level of education: Graduates.
  • Work experience as a Customer Service logistics or similar role.
  • Good English skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in customer service positions is a plus.
  • Team player.
