Job Description
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget process.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial forecasts.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional development.
- Coordinate training and performance evaluations.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 6-8 years of accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
