Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, bank accounts, fixed assets and payroll sheet.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in France.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
- Work conservatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Reports directly to the Financial Controller.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Cairo Governorate residents are a MUST.
- Age is not more than 35 years.
- 7-10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- Proven working experience as a GL Supervisor at real estate companies.
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience..
- Excellent in MS office package.
- Very good accounting software user and managerial skills.
- Very good interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
- Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
