Job Description
- Oversee and manage the entire accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with international standards.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and operations, to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring ongoing compliance and process optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Must possess a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license in good standing
- Must have SAP Experience
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
