Job Description

- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships with them.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and work on the pricing criteria with the management.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, close deals and communicate with stakeholders .
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business .
- Monitor business progress to ensure contracts are executed as agreed .
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing account management and support.
- Manage and resolve client's issues to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships .
- Prepare reports that track sales activity, costs, and profits or losses on specific projects.
- Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop the partners network of the company by identifying potential partners and building strong relationships with them.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners of the company across the world.
- Adds a strategic element to the role, emphasizing long-term planning and execution.

Job Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • •5-8 years of proven experience in sales & business development
  • •At least 2-3 years of experience in sales for an online business
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • •Excellent English proficiency (verbal & written)
  • •Ability to work independently and with a team
  • •Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Market knowledge
    Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  •  Proven sales track record
  •  Ability to build rapport
  •  Time management and planning skills
