Job Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental units across all platforms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties meet company standards.
- Monitor reservations, availability, and pricing across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Mosafar, and Zaaer.
- Supervise check-in/check-out processes and ensure property readiness for guests.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue tracking, expenses, profit margins, and budgeting.
- Monitor and manage operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Lead and train the operations team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service departments to enhance the guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospitality operations, preferably in short-term rental or property management.
- Hands-on experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, Mosafar, Zaaer, or similar booking platforms is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting.
- Experience in supervising housekeeping and property maintenance teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
