Job Description
- Acting of assisting customers during both the pre- and post-sale journey with our product.
- Answering customers' inquiries via Chat, Email, phone calls, and providing the correct information.
- Setting the online meetings to learn about and address the customers' needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Following up with the clients about their needs and inquiries after our implementation sessions on the system's different channels and WhatsApp.
Job Requirements
- BSc in relevant field.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
