Job Description

  • Acting of assisting customers during both the pre- and post-sale journey with our product.
  • Answering customers' inquiries via Chat, Email, phone calls, and providing the correct information.
  • Setting the online meetings to learn about and address the customers' needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Following up with the clients about their needs and inquiries after our implementation sessions on the system's different channels and WhatsApp.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in relevant field.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
