Job Description
- Should be able to multi-task and priorities with precise accuracy and details.
- Managing emails; dealing with incoming and outgoing e-mail and responding on behalf of the manager after returning to him and taking instruction.
- Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
- Responsible for all office admin work and doing all the secretary duties.
- Following up with the manager, employees tasks and duties.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations correspondence.
- should have Fluent French & English written and spoken , World & Excel.
