Job Description
We're looking for a Tenant Relation Manager for the Pyramids project:
- Liaise with tenants to assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management
- Build and maintain closer relationship between tenants to ensure effective relation and support business goals
- Provide important information to the tenants on all operational matters to align with standards of products and services, and support business operations effectively
- Provide advice to tenants on relevant topics such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services to ensure and support effective operations and create alignment
- Analyze tenant satisfaction surveys to improve operations and identify ways to support tenants appropriately
- Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections and tenant notices
- Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (Malls, Retail or Department Stores is a great plus)
- Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
