Job Description
- Manage the Head Of Operations’ calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Head Of Operations.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
- Organize and support executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in managing key projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and business priorities.
- Liaise between the Head Of Operations and various departments, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
