Job Description

  • Manage the Head Of Operations’ calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Head Of Operations.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
  • Organize and support executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in managing key projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and business priorities.
  • Liaise between the Head Of Operations and various departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
