Job Description

  • Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements and preparation of contracts.
  • Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
  • Purchase supply of products/materials.
  • Determine the lowest cost for products/materials.
  • Track and record orders.
  • Receive orders and document a Manage supply base.
  • Analyse market and delivery systems.
  • Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.
  • Prepare requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Monitor order expenses.
  • Communicate performances and costs to management.
  • Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner.
  • Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goal.
  • File and maintain all procurement documents and contracts and keep the Corporate Procurement Manager informed.
  • Perform any other related job duties as requested by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • 4:5 Years Experience in procurement (IT Industry) 
  • SAP User is A must 
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Ability to purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
  • Ability to Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders / GRPO 
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier information.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Work closely with the finance and inventory teams to forecast demand and budget accordingly.
  • Responsible for following up the purchasing orders Tracking them and making the requested purchasing operations and procedures.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • APICS Certificates is a plus
