Job Description
- Medical coverage Additions & cancellations for staff.
- Preparing Claims for insurance companies.
- Following up on claims that got issues.
- Follow up the monthly treatment.
- Receiving complaints from employees and seeking solutions with management.
- Opening files for medical insurance records and keeping the data of all medical bodies dealing with them.
- Follow-up of the issuance of medical IDs and annual renewal and the extraction of another replacement of lost.
- Provide medical approvals for the staff members.
- Preparing the needed data in order to pay our medical insurance providers invoices.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in the medical insurance field.
- A medical network is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Multi-tasking ability and a flexible approach to work.
