- Assess current branch adherence to the seamless TCs process.
- Develop and implement standard processes for seamless TCs.
- Train branch staff on new procedures and monitor compliance.
Delivery Zones Optimization:
- Analyze current delivery zones and branch locations.
- Propose optimized delivery zones based on customer demand and operational efficiency.
- Develop guidelines for future branch expansions.
Cancellations Management:
- Investigate the causes of varied rejection rates across branches.
- Establish a clear auditing process for tracking and managing cancellations.
- Implement strategies to reduce rejection rates and improve customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in an operational analyst role or similar, Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
