About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business & Workforce Planning Analyst to support our Call Center and Medical Centers operations. The role involves analyzing business processes, conducting data analysis, and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage projects, and provide actionable insights to drive better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from Call Center & Medical Centers.
- Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Collect and interpret data, build dashboards, and track KPIs.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
- Support system implementation, upgrades, and staff training.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, workforce planning, or operations (preferably healthcare/call centre).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management and process improvement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, BI tools).
