Job Description
Position: Financial & Business Analyst
Work Model: Remote (Freelance)
Working Hours: 3–4 hours per week
We are looking for a Financial & Business Analyst with hands-on experience in international/multi-country reporting to support our finance and management teams. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements across multiple countries, creating meaningful reports for management and investors, and providing analytical insights to support business growth.
???? Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation and interpretation of monthly financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
- Conducting financial modeling and presenting findings to management.
- Preparing and updating investor reports as needed.
- Participating in Q&A sessions with management/investors.
- Working on multi-country accounting tables and analyzing financial performance across regions.
- Providing business insights based on financial data to support growth strategies.
- Collaborating with the CEO office / CFO office to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Job Requirements
???? Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Proven experience in preparing and interpreting P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Familiarity with multi-country accounting/reporting processes.
- Experience with financial modeling and investor reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/reporting tools.
- Preferably experience in CEO office / CFO office analysis.
- Previous experience working in a company with international/multi-country operations is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while providing clear communication.
Skills & Tools:
Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Multi-Country Reporting, Excel (Advanced), Accounting/ERP Systems (QuickBooks/Xero/SAP or similar), BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau – nice to have), English Communication Skills.
