Job Description
•Define project scope, objectives and deliverables while developing comprehensive plans, budgets and risk mitigation strategies
•Lead project execution by coordinating resources, timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
•Implement supply chain improvements by analyzing procurement, inventory and logistics data to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
•Track project performance metrics, troubleshoot issues and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
•Strengthen supplier/customer partnerships to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
•Conduct feasibility analyses and drive operational excellence initiatives
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Lean Manufacturing / TPM Program
•5+ years of supply chain project management experience
•Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
•Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proficient with supply chain management software/tools
•Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
