Job Description
- Manage ticket bookings flights, and other services offered by the company, including refunds.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process payments and issue tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and bookings.
- Receiving calls & calls back & following from the clients (companies).
- Receiving and sending emails to clients ( Companies).
- Sabre & Amadeus "GDS" user.
- Handle administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or equivalent.
- Min. year of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and bookings.
- Hands-on experience in Sabre GDS or Amadeus
- Excellent in English.
- Experience in Flights Reservations is a must.
- Excellent in GDS ( issue – reissue – void -cancel - refund ……).
- Excellent communication skills.
