Job Description
- Lead overall operational strategy to support business goals and rapid scaling
- Review quality reports and finalize supplier classification.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure operational integrity.
- Drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize key metrics relating to sales, fulfillment, and customer experience
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to execute strategic initiatives
- Foster a high-performance culture and mentor departmental heads
- Develop and enhance policies, compliance, and risk management processes
- Identify new opportunities for growth, operational automation, and systems integration
Job Requirements
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in operations management
- Demonstrated leadership in e-commerce companies (E-Commerce sector experience is a must)
- Proven track record managing large-scale operations and teams
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, supply chain, and logistics
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- MBA is preferred
