Job Description
- Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the company.
- Supervise department heads and ensure proper coordination across departments (Projects, Factories, Sales, HR, Accounting, etc.).
- Drive business growth and operational efficiency in line with company goals.
- Monitor project performance, client satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Develop internal systems to improve workflow, productivity, and accountability.
- Prepare and oversee budgets, financial reports, and business forecasts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (a must).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or shading industry, including proven leadership as a Project Manager or General Manager.
- PMP Certification is required.
- MBA is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business management skills.
- Solid understanding of project-based environments and factory operations.
