Job Description
• Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Prepare and review all necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues related to delays, compliance, or damaged goods.
• Ensure compliance with export and import regulations and procedures.
• Maintain records of shipments, tracking details, and system updates.
• Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and finance teams to streamline the export process.
• Negotiate freight rates and optimize shipping costs.
• Support other logistics department by covering other functions as needed to ensure smooth department operations
• Collaborate across functions within the logistics department to enhance operation overall.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, export and import, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and customs regulations
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
