Job Description
- Coordinate daily export shipments of fresh produce to international clients.
- Manage logistics operations, including booking freight, handling shipping lines, and customs clearance.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or transport issues.
- Liaise with internal teams sales and operation to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor costs and seek opportunities to optimize shipping efficiency.
- Provide monthly price quotations within established guidelines for air and ocean shipments.
- Ensure that all documentation meets 100% export regulations (commercial invoices, shipper export declaration, bill of lading).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in export logistics, preferably in agriculture or Fresh Produce Export also, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Exporting in reefer background is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems (ERP is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of incoterms, shipping documentation, and international logistics.
