Place export orders for new store openings and replenish stock for existing stores.
Manage the full export logistics process from order placement to final delivery.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
Monitor and control inventory levels; set minimum and maximum thresholds.
Coordinate with warehouses for timely picking, packing, and labeling.
Communicate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, warehouse) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
Arrange shipments and negotiate rates with freight carriers.
Track and monitor all export shipments; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve logistical efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; coordinate with the finance team for billing validation.
Resolve export-related issues such as delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing for all export activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in export logistics or international supply chain coordination.
Knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
