Job Description
Job Summary:
To support the architectural and engineering teams by generating accurate and comprehensive construction documents. Using CAD software to develop 2D drawing as well as Revit to create 3D models.
Duties:
- Develop construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD and /Revit.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, industry codes, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to interpret design intent and translate it into clear and concise drawings.
- Maintain and update project documentation throughout the design process.
- Manage document control activities and frequent as-built updates of projects premises by surveying sites to implement as built drawings.
- Assist with the creation of 3D models and visualizations using Revit.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in the architectural or engineering field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD(Must) Revit software (preferable)
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering (architectural /civil) or Fine Arts.
