• Manage financial aspects of construction projects, including budgets, cost tracking, and expense allocation.
• Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure accurate recording of project-related transactions in the accounting system.

• Reconcile project costs with financial statements and prepare detailed cost reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure budgets are adhered to and financial risks are minimized.
• Monitor compliance with financial and tax regulations related to construction activities.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction accounting or project cost management.
• Proficiency in construction accounting software.
• Strong understanding of project accounting principles and cost allocation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
