Job Description
- Prepares the applicable purchasing plan according to the monthly delivery plan
- Reviews the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
- Analyzes all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.
- Allocates and balance the PO to all suppliers including local and global suppliers
- Manages supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Solves and coordinates the urgent and short-time purchasing cases
- Ensures commercial, legal, and contractual compliance in all procurement transactions.
- Defines and analyzes what we have in stock against minimum needs and critical stock level and link it to a procurement plan.
- Cooperates with cross-functional departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical /industrial engineering is a must.
- 5-10 years of purchasing experience in Electrical Panels filed .
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, sheet metal, and steel materials is preferable
- Basic finance knowledge.
- Very good level of English.
- The current work location is the 6th of October -Giza and within one year will be relocated to the 10th of Ramadan - Cairo.
