Job Description
- Pre-loading, Loading, Documentation, and Safety Procedures
- Checklist for Shipping Operations
- Pre-loading Inspection:
- Ensure that goods are intact and properly packaged for shipping.
- Verify that the quantities and types of products match the packing list.
- Check that barcodes, production dates, and expiration dates are present on all packages.
- During Loading:
- Monitor the arrangement of boxes inside the container to ensure ventilation and product safety.
- Make sure that heavy goods are not placed on top of sensitive or breakable products.
- Ensure the container is clean and free from moisture, odors, or any harmful substances.
- Documentation:
- Record any notes or violations that occur during the loading process.
- Fill out the container inspection form and send it to the concerned department.
- Take documentary photos of the loading process if a future review is needed.
- Safety Procedures:
- Ensure that loading workers follow approved safety procedures.
- Monitor the safe use of lifting and handling equipment.
