Job Description
- Manage assigned project(s) from its conception to completion against Time Schedule Milestones
- Monitoring project performance in terms of quality, time and budget and taking necessary actions timely.
- Planning project time schedule, budget and resources needed.
- Developing project method of statement and work plan.
- Selecting and leading project teams and stakeholders.
- Managing execution and technical work.
- Managing strategic relationships with suppliers.
- Managing strategic relationships with projects different consultants.
- Reporting regularly on project progress to senior management.
- Complete Ownership of Project Budget.
Job Requirements
- ( Owner rep) for the Naia bay project on North Coast
- Alexandria or Cairo Residence
- Have previous experience around 5 years in real estate companies as a project manager.
