Job Description
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the clinic operates in accordance with local, regional, and national laws and regulations, especially those related to health and beauty services.
- Labor & Employment Law: Provide legal advice on HR issues, contracts, employee rights, disciplinary actions, and liaise with labor offices.
- Insurance & Claims: Handle legal matters related to insurance claims, workplace incidents, and coordinate with insurance providers and government offices.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, service providers, staff, and external partners.
- Regulatory Affairs: Ensure the clinic complies with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards.
- Litigation Support: Represent or liaise with external counsel in legal proceedings, if needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and propose preventive measures to management.
- Corporate Governance: Support internal policies, procedures, and documentation in line with legal standards.
- Training & Support: Provide legal training to staff and support various departments with legal queries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Licensed to practice law.
- Familiarity with labor law, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and professionalism.
