Job Description
- Coordinate between planning department and production department through receiving all production orders and distract them from raw material warehouse according to production priority and schedule
- Close production work orders cycle on ERP System and facilitate any obstacles may appear
- File all production documents
- Ensure closing all production orders on ERP system through coordination with the production supervisor
- Prepare daily KPI report to the production manager
- Prepare monthly KPI report regarding Yield and material efficiency, Productivity, efficiency, etc
- Follow the batch cycle time if needed and then raise the reports to the production manager
- Analyses production data
- Comply with all HSE rules and instructions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial chemistry / Paint technology.
- English Language (very good).
- Trouble shooting.
- Liquid Paints previous experience (is a must).
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
