Job Description
- Perform as project system administrator for the document management system.
- Maintain tracking Facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
- Ensure all technical documents are collected and registered in system.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage and ensure the latest revisions of all documents.
- Prepare Progress Report every week and end of the month to ensure all other discipline activities that required inspection within the activity have been inspected and approved.
- Quality & compliance checks on documents.
- Progress reporting on the documents status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering, Science or relevant degree
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent command of English written and reading
- Must have NEBOCH IGC
