A GL Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of a company's financial records by recording, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions. They play a pivotal role in the financial reporting process and provide timely and accurate financial information to support organizational decision-making.

- Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation.
- Review all accounting transactions and ensure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers, and GL accounts.
- Prepare & confirm accounts reconciliations with related parties & sister companies.
- Perform month-end closing entries and currency revaluation.
- Review periodical tax reconciliation with tax authorities.
- Ensure the Company’s compliance with General accounting standards.
- Provide periodic financial reports.
- Maintain all GL entries.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2-5 Years of Experience
- Communication proficiency
- Teamwork
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Time Management
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems: Odoo is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles; IFRS Certified (preferably)
