Konouz Egypt is seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
* Lead, manage, and support the sales team.
* Identify new local and export market opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with marketing and production teams.
* Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts.
* Represent the company at exhibitions and business meetings.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
* Excellent command of English and Arabic.
* Experience in B2B and B2C export markets is a plus.
