Job Description

  • checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
  • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
  • preparing site reports and project progress
  • Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may occur
  • Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil Department.
  • 5 -10 years of Experience (Infrastructure)
  • Experience in companies specializing in the construction of water plants, water treatment, and sewage plants
  • Problem solving & Hard Worker
  • Excellent team spirit & Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
  • Negotiation skills with vendors & subcontractors – interpersonal skill
  • MS office, AutoCAD is Primavera is a plus.
