Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with different departments to achieve optimal quality across the board.
Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining
quality standards.
Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
Interact with customers if needed, answer questions, and resolve issues.
Track and report operational performance.
Analyze the business needs and develop an improvement plan
Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to
performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
Help with the onboarding process
Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
