District Sales Manager
Montaña Pharmaceutical is hiring a District Manager - Giza/Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve their goals and contribute to the company's growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to showcase our company's expertise and products
- Achieve the company’s sales objectives and market share growth within agreed budgets and timescales through effective leadership of the sales team.
- Consolidate reported feedback to plan for a customized action plan in cooperation with the team.
- Develop, maintain, and retain a solid business relationship with HCPs in his territory with well-defined development plans for key customers.
- Ensure effective management of the sales team including training and personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching, and counseling through regular field visits
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Pharmaceuticals or Cosmetics field
- Minimum of 2 Year of Experience as District Manager.
- Experience in DERMA is a MUST
