Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively pursuing new clients and expanding the company's maintenance contract base. 

Technical Expertise:

  • Explaining technical aspects of maintenance services to clients, often translating complex information into layman's terms. 

Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support. 

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company requirements. 

Solution Selling:

  • Advising clients on appropriate maintenance plans and solutions based on their specific needs and challenges. 

Technical Support:

  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. 

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing reports to management. 
  • Collaboration:
  • Working closely with sales teams, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure client needs are met. 
  • Customer Feedback:
  • Gathering and communicating customer feedback to improve products and services. 

Market Awareness:

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies. 
  • Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 
  • Proposal Development:
  • Assisting in the development of proposals and quotations for maintenance contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English and potentially other languages, depending on the location and client base
