Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively pursuing new clients and expanding the company's maintenance contract base.
Technical Expertise:
- Explaining technical aspects of maintenance services to clients, often translating complex information into layman's terms.
Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company requirements.
Solution Selling:
- Advising clients on appropriate maintenance plans and solutions based on their specific needs and challenges.
Technical Support:
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing reports to management.
- Collaboration:
- Working closely with sales teams, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gathering and communicating customer feedback to improve products and services.
Market Awareness:
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
- Presentations and Demonstrations:
