Job Description
- Review and analyze tender and contract documents.
- Implement and maintain contract management systems, procedures, and processes in line with company policies and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with company values, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the revision of specifications (scope of work) and definition of performance indicators for tender packages.
- Identify, analyze, and manage contract risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and resolve non-conformities, deviations, disputes, or risks, ensuring remediation action plans are in place.
- Ensure that all contracts are properly executed, monitored, and closed, with outstanding issues fully resolved.
- Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of all exchanges and agreements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.
- Multidisciplinary knowledge in Law, Project Management, Purchasing Procedures, and Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in contracts administration or a related role.
- SAP user is preferred.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an advantage.
- Excellent English skills for negotiation and reviewing technical/contractual documentation.
