The sales department at The Address Investments are hiring motivated sales specialist that will be:
• Responsible for effectively communicating with clients
• Providing an exceptional service to the customers
• Managing sales activities
• Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
• Making presentations to promote new projects and special deals.
• Contact potential clients through e-calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
• Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in customer service and sales
• Experience in sales management and training
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
