Job Description
- Advertisement release, maintenance, and update
- Resume collection and screening
- Interview arrangement and assessment
- Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report;
- Responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool, resume management and information confidentiality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 1 year practical experience in recruitment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking and skills, excellent communication skills
- good English and Microsoft office
