Job Description
- Oversee the production processes during the shift to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical and environmental standards.
- Monitor and manage production operations using the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure safe and stable operations.
- Analyze data from the system to make informed decisions and adjust processes as needed.
- Manage and guide the shift team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train new employees and provide technical support to team members.
- Prepare daily reports on production, encountered technical issues, and the solutions applied.
- Document operational data and any changes made during the shift.
- Ensure that safety and occupational health procedures are followed during production activities.
- Coordinate with the Safety and Health Department to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in sulfuric acid manufacturing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in using and managing Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
