Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the booking processes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and visas, ensuring that all bookings adhere to company policies and meet client travel requirements.
- Strategically meet and exceed yearly sales revenue targets by implementing effective sales techniques and driving team performance.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market share and increase overall revenue, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospects and existing clients to foster loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring a robust client retention strategy.
- Conduct thorough knowledge and analysis of competitor activities and market positioning to effectively secure and expand the company’s rightful share of the business.
- Regularly benchmark the company’s flight offerings against competitor airlines to assess pricing, service quality, and product differentiation, enabling informed strategic decisions.
- Drive new revenue streams by researching, analyzing, and qualifying potential prospects and sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Conduct regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews to track sales trends and performance metrics in the field, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sales activities and marketing plans that align with organizational objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, outlining performance metrics and initiatives designed to counter competitive pressures and market challenges.
