Job Description
• Representing the company in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.
• Conducting legal research to support client cases.
• Providing legal opinions on various matters, such as corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property law.
• Conducting regular investigations of employee relations and conflicts.
• Participating in negotiations and mediations between the company and opposing parties.
• Maintaining accurate records of client cases and legal documents.
• Keeping up to date with changes in Egyptian law and legal procedures.
• Collaborating with other legal professionals, such as judges, prosecutors, and other lawyers.
• Maintaining company confidentiality and ensuring ethical conduct in all legal matters.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Exp +3 years.
• Obtaining a license to practice law from the Egyptian Bar Association.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
