Job Description

  • Receiving job requisition Form Hiring Managers with the available vacancies required.
  • Using the different recruitment channels to attract and gather qualified candidates for different industries.
  • Design, Develop and maintain Samaya’s Applicant Tracking System.
  • Screening the Cvs and selection of candidates who match the required position.
  • Creating and using database to make a CVs shortlist of selected candidates. In addition to contacting all the potential candidates and inquire about their availability and interest in the job offer. 
  • Making preliminary interviews with suitable candidates, evaluating them and sending their Cvs and Assessment sheets to the Sites.
  • Receiving feedback from the Sites after preliminary interview (Whether the candidates CVS were accepted or rejected) and notify the candidate about the result of the first selection step and follow-up with next steps suggested by the Project's Contact Person.
  • Arrange a Technical interview for the candidate at the client's company, after receiving an approval on the Cv.
  • Working on Employment Branding of how to be positioning the organization as desired employer in label market using the different channels. 
  • Design, create and develop Recruitment Pipeline using different channels 
  • Handling Recruitment campaigns using different channels professional media (LinkedIn) and social media (Facebook), filtering and short listing Cvs to interviewing and selecting potential candidates.
  • Closing the hiring process by sending the new employee details to HR Services Unit Manager to open new fie and procedures.
  • Sending Monthly report with the fulfilled vacancies.

Job Requirements

  • From 2 – 5 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Bachelor degree holder in HR or relevant subject 
  • HR Diploma holder or Certified from a reputable institute is preferred.
  • Analysis and Screening skills.
  • Interviewing skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
