Job Description
As the Travel Supervisor, you will oversee the travel coordination team, ensuring exceptional service for clients by managing all aspects of travel arrangements, from flights and accommodations to itineraries and personalised experiences. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, troubleshooting travel-related issues, and building relationships with key travel vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the travel team, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee complex and VIP travel requests, ensuring personalized itineraries and travel experiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated client issues or last-minute travel changes.
- Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure preferred rates and added-value services.
- Ensure timely bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Monitor client feedback and implement quality control measures to continuously improve service delivery.
- Generate monthly reports on travel activities, team performance, and client satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in travel coordination,, or a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling high-pressure situations with composure.
- Knowledge of global destinations and high-end travel trends.
