Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics, Procurement, and Export Officer to join our team in “Cairo/Alex” office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services needed for the organization, as well as managing the movement of goods from our warehouse to international customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all export regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to international customers.

•             Ensure compliance with all export regulations and laws.

•             Manage and maintain shipping records and documentation.

•             Develop and maintain relationships with logistics and transportation providers.

•             Communicate with international customers to ensure smooth delivery of products.

•             Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

•             Identify and resolve any logistics and export issues that may arise.

•             Monitor and analyze logistics and export data to identify opportunities for improvement.

•             Work closely with other departments to ensure that all logistics and export activities are aligned with company objectives.

•             Manage the procurement of goods and services needed for the organization.

•             Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

•             Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

•             Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

•             Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
