Job Description
- Adopted all inspection results submitted by the Qc technician after verifying their integrity and accuracy.
- Informing each of the production or warehouse departments (supply chains - financial in case of rejection) of the decision of acceptance or rejection the production batch, the supplied raw or packaging material, with a statement of the reason in case of rejection.
- Guidance with some corrective actions if needed.
- Directing with inspecting and stopping (temporarily or permanently) of any batches doubtful its quality for any emergency reason during or after the production and packaging processes, with indicating the reason.
- Follow up and supervise the sterilization process in general of production machines & production tanks and packing lines, as well as raw material tanks in factories.
- Follow up, inspecting and adopting inspection results of all returns.
- Follow-up and request calibration of all inspection devices in QC laboratories.
- Submitting all follow-up reports on the progress of QC operations to the Quality Manager on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Science ( Chemistry )
- Not less than 2 years experience in Quality Control of Paints & Coatings Manufacturing.
- Familiar with all requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
