Istrotech is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Officer to manage and support our growing client base.
This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets through cross-selling and new client acquisition, providing product training, and delivering professional technical support.
The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Generate sales leads, cross-sell products and services, and help acquire new clients.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Provide hands-on training and guidance on Istrotech’s software solutions to clients.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems via the ticketing system.
Process orders, modifications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on sales and customer support activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and deliver a professional support experience.
