Planning Manager

Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Balance production capacity with customer demand and inventory targets.
Lead a team of planners and schedulers; provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules to respond to changes in demand, equipment availability, or other variables.
Analyze manufacturing data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on new product introductions and change management.
Maintain accurate planning parameters (lead times, batch sizes, safety stock levels) in ERP systems.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on planning performance, capacity utilization, and delivery metrics.
