Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy and Leadership:
  • Implement TQM strategies to ensure the organization meets and exceeds quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align quality goals with business objectives.
  1. Process Development:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality output.
  • Use methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
  1. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO & FDA Standards. 
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that processes adhere to TQM principles.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Provide training on TQM methodologies, tools, and best practices to all staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
  1. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a TQM role.
  • Expertise in TQM methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, FDA and ISO standards.
  • Seeking a highly skilled communicator who can navigate complex relationships and foster a collaborative environment. The candidate must have a proven ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong working relationships. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
