Job Description
- Use Arabic legal databases (e.g., Tashreaat, EastLaws, Adaleh, etc.) to retrieve recent and historical court judgments relevant to civil and commercial law.
- Analyze and summarize legal decisions and determine their relevance to specific topics in our database (e.g., contract formation, liability, damages).
- Tag and integrate selected rulings into our internal knowledge base, referencing the relevant section of the IP.
- Work closely with the legal content team to ensure jurisprudential accuracy and relevance.
Job Requirements
- Strong background in civil law, ideally with legal education or professional experience in Egypt or another Arab jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to read, understand, and interpret court decisions and explain their legal implications.
- Familiarity with online Arabic legal databases (EastLaws, Tashreaat, etc.).
- Precision in documentation and referencing.
- Ability to work independently and manage legal content methodically.
